Membership
closures

Club memberships expire December 31.  Get your renewal forms in now.

We want to make the club open to as many people as the facilities can handle with an emphasis on local members and junior members.  We have also reviewed our acceptance policy and will no longer be rushing range orientations for people who just want an ATT.  Read the new membership policies to learn how to join the club.  We are also considering a practical firearms handling safety course as a pre-requisite for a new membership.

New membership policies

If there are no remaining memberships available please feel free to attend any of our public shooting evenings: Monday-pistol, Tuesday-rifle, and Thursday-archery.

New members are requested to attend a general meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, except for July and August, to present their application form and payment.

Membership is open to the public with the following rates.

Regular $105
Junior $35
Senior $70
Family $125
Associate $70

There is a $20 club improvement fee included in most memberships.

New members must also pay a $20 dollar initiation fee (except junior members). All new members must take a range orientation before recieving their membership card.

NSF Cheque Policy:

Any cheque returned to the club as NSF will be charged a fee by Ridgedale Rod & Gun Club of $20 plus any bank charges.  Once notified, the member has 30 (thirty) days to pay the total amount owing in CASH.  If full payment is not received within 30 (thirty) days membership is revoked.  The person must wait at least a year before applying for a new membership.

As a member, you may bring up to two (2) guests to the club per day. Your guest must sign in, print name in the register book, pay a guest pass fee of $10 (youth are still just $5), and be supervised by you.  A person may only be a guest twice (2) in a calendar year.  Attending a public shooting event as a guest does not count towards a person's limit.

Ridgedale is affiliated with the BCWF and therefore club membership brings with it BCWF benefits.
