To complete your Membership Application and have full access and use of the Range areas and Club facilities, new members must complete our mandatory Orientation program. All new members must attend orientation no exceptions, this includes all family or junior members etc.

Range Orientations are listed as New Member Walkthroughs and these events are available two Saturdays per month (January to October). All members of your Family Membership must attend to get their membership card. If you need to book a private Walkthrough because Saturdays do not work for you, it is a $30 fee. If you cancel your timeslot, you must re-pay for a new timeslot or book for a Saturday Walkthrough.

Applicants must pay their membership fees online at the time of application. Once your application has been approved, you will receive confirmation of approval. A follow-up email will be sent to you outlining instructions on how to log-in to our Members Only portal (M365) using confidential log-in credentials.  Please retain the email with your log-in information for future reference.

Once these steps have been completed, our Membership Director will register you for a New Member Walk-through at Ridgedale. This is for you to take an informal tour with a Range Officer, ask any questions, and pick up your Gate Access/Photo ID card(s).

For Family Memberships, all members MUST attend the New Member Walk-through. A spouse cannot attend for you. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session.
All Gate card holders must attend.

As the club is run by volunteers it is important that you are on time. Please attend the orientation if you been provided a time slot.
If for any reason you cannot attend please contact membership@ridgedale.net as soon as possible.

Please note that any No-Shows will be charged a non-refundable $25.00 fee.
